Delivery Instructions

Prominent Damage

  • 1. Inspect Upon Delivery: Check for visible damage when receiving the shipment.
  • 2. Note Damage on Delivery Receipt: If items are damaged or missing, be sure to document it on the receipt. Without this, Luxe Floor Studio cannot submit a claim on your behalf.
  • 3. Do Not Refuse Delivery: Accept the delivery even if you notice damage.
  • 4. Contact Luxe Floor Studio: Notify us immediately if there is any damage or missing items. Claims must be reported within three days.
  • 5. Re-delivery Fees: If you miss the carrier's request for an appointment, you may incur a re-delivery charge.

Concealed Damage

  • 1. Do Not Proceed with Installation: If you discover hidden damage after unpacking, stop installation.
  • 2. Provide Digital Images: You'll need to submit photos of the damage for the claim process.
  • 3. Report Damage within Three Days: Contact Luxe Floor Studio as soon as possible, within three days after delivery.
  • 4. Luxe Floor Studio Will Handle the Claim: We will assist with the claims process.

Incomplete Delivery

  • 1. Mistakes May Happen: If incorrect items are sent, contact Luxe Floor Studio within three days.
  • 2. Replacement or Refund: We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as needed.

Claims Policy

  • Submit Claims Promptly: Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within three days.
  • Required Documentation:
    • A concise description of the problem.
    • At least five clear images showing the issue.
    • Order number.
    • Functional contact details (phone number and email).
