Shipping Policy

At Luxe Floor Studio, we are committed to ensuring your flooring materials arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Carriers We Use

We ship flooring products via trusted LTL freight carriers, including:

  • Saia
  • R+L Carriers
  • Cross Country
  • Daylight Transport
  • TForce Freight

These carriers specialize in handling large and heavy items with care.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Special order items may require additional lead time—please check with your sales representative for specific timelines.

3. Delivery Time & Tracking

Transit times vary by location, typically ranging from 1–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment status.

4. Freight Delivery Details

All freight shipments are curbside delivery only unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for transporting it to the desired location from the curb. A person 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment. Liftgate service is available upon request (additional charges may apply).

5. Delivery Inspection

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all goods upon delivery. Please note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing. Report any concealed damage within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for claims.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Any additional services requested at delivery (e.g., inside delivery, redelivery) may incur extra charges.

7. Delays

While we work closely with our freight partners to meet expected delivery times, delays due to weather, traffic, or carrier issues are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Mill order items are transferred from the mill which takes anywhere between 6-11 working days.
