Do you offer international shipping?

We only ship within the continental United States and do not offer international or island deliveries.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days, provided the item is in stock. After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking email and a phone call to coordinate delivery. In the event of a stock or warehouse transfer issue, we’ll notify you via email right away.

What delivery services do you partner with?

We use a variety of well-known freight carriers, including R+L Carriers, T-Force, Saia Freight, Estes, ABF Freight, and more.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We partner with some of the most trusted and reputable freight companies in the country, all of which maintain a claim rate of under 1%. However, in the rare event of damage, we’ve got you covered. Every order includes a delivery checklist with instructions on how to inspect your package upon arrival. If you report any damage at the time of delivery, our claims department will arrange for a replacement order and handle the claim process with the freight carrier at no additional cost to you. Why are the shipping charges so high?

All of our orders are shipped using common carriers, also known as an LTL (less-than-truckload) carrier. This is the most reliable and cost-effective method for shipping flooring materials, ensuring timely delivery and reducing the risk of damage. As a result, these carriers impose a minimum shipping fee. If your order qualifies for this category, our system will automatically show the applicable minimum freight charge. Due to the weight and fragility of most flooring items, they cannot be shipped through UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers.

How can I check if the products I need are available?

Because of the high demand and the type of products we carry, stock can fluctuate quickly. If you call on a Monday morning to inquire about stock and it’s available at that moment, it may be gone by the time another order comes through later in the day. To lock in your item, we suggest placing a full or partial payment to reserve it.

Can I secure the current price and arrange for delivery at a later date?

If you're interested in securing a discounted price on flooring but don’t require immediate delivery, we can accommodate that. You can place your order now, pay a down payment (usually 40%), and choose a delivery time up to four months later. We’ll confirm the delivery schedule and collect the remaining balance before shipment. This way, you can enjoy the savings without the hassle of storing the materials.

What if I want to lock the price now but get the material delivered later?

We may accommodate you if you wish to benefit from a current discount pricing on one of products but you do not need the flooring delivered right away. Any of our items can be ordered right away, with shipment put off for up to four months. Simply submit the order, pay a down payment (usually 40%), and let us know when you want the flooring delivered. Prior to the delivery date, we will get in touch with you to confirm the shipment timeline and get the outstanding amount. This will spare you the inconvenience of having to keep the material yourself and allow you to take advantage of the discounted rate right away.
