Return Policy

At Luxe Floor Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The minimum quantity eligible for return is 5 cartons or 150 square feet, whichever is higher.
  • Each box must be undamaged and factory-sealed.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team at support@luxefloorstudio.com to request a return authorization.
  • All returns must be pre-approved.
  • A 30% restocking fee may apply.
  • Return shipping costs & labels are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect all deliveries upon receipt.
  • Report any damages or incorrect shipments within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange replacements or issue a refund where applicable.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

5. Special Distribution Orders

Special/Distribution/mill direct order material cannot be returned/cancelled, please ask your sales representative before ordering the material. Luxe Floor Studio can only take returns upon the manufacturer's approval. Some special order brands can be found below.

  • Armstrong
  • Mullican

 

Mill order items are transferred from the mill which takes anywhere between 6-11 working days.
