Return Policy
At Luxe Floor Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The minimum quantity eligible for return is 5 cartons or 150 square feet, whichever is higher.
- Each box must be undamaged and factory-sealed.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@luxefloorstudio.com to request a return authorization.
- All returns must be pre-approved.
- A 30% restocking fee may apply.
- Return shipping costs & labels are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect all deliveries upon receipt.
- Report any damages or incorrect shipments within 3 days of delivery.
- We will arrange replacements or issue a refund where applicable.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
